Which screen stopped working?

Separate an app launch error, an empty title search and a playback failure before trying a fix.

The installed app will not open

Write down the exact message and device model. A system-level disabled notice is different from a spinning movie list. Use the operating system’s own explanation and the app publisher’s support. This browser catalogue cannot switch a disabled installation back on.

The website opens but shows no result

Try the homepage and a short movie name. Remove any active year, country or genre filter. If another title appears, your connection is reaching the catalogue and the original search needs attention rather than a full network reset.

No data or no links available

Note where the message appears. If it is in an external app, its catalogue or playback source may be the failing step. If you want another viewing option, retain the title and year and use the named search from its page here.

What to keep before clearing anything

A screenshot of the message, the affected title and the app version make a more useful report than “everything is broken.” Preserve important list entries before deleting application or browser data. Clearing data is not the same as an ordinary refresh.

No live outage claim

User reports can tell you that somebody else saw a symptom. They do not prove every device is affected now. This guide is troubleshooting help, not a live worldwide OnStream uptime feed.
